On 27 September 2026, MyRNA participated in Selangor Saring with its partner, Selcare, at Jelajah Wanita Berdaya Tahan Selangor 2026: Zon Gombak, bringing blood-based molecular screening closer to the community. The fourth edition of the outreach programme provided a platform to connect women and families with Selangor State Government support, opportunities and services. Alongside Selangor Saring, the programme featured initiatives including Bantuan Nafkah Rahmah, Anugerah Ikon Wanita Selangor, Anugerah Ikon Usahawan Digital and a career carnival, reflecting a broader commitment to inclusive community development.
Through its collaboration with Selcare, MyRNA offered LUNGClear™, a blood-based molecular screening solution that uses microRNA (miRNA) technology to support lung cancer risk stratification. Its inclusion in the programme gave community members access to an innovative screening option within a community outreach setting.
LUNGClear™ is intended to complement existing screening and clinical assessment pathways by helping identify individuals who may benefit from further clinical assessment. Bringing molecular screening into community programmes creates opportunities to raise awareness of cancer risk assessment and encourage proactive health management. MyRNA’s participation reflects its continued commitment to working with healthcare partners to make innovative molecular diagnostics more accessible. Collaborations such as this connect diagnostic innovation with community healthcare services, supporting more informed health decisions and appropriate clinical follow-up.
